New Lee Jofa Heritage Collection Featured in Lonny Mag

In the July/August 2011 issue of Lonny Mag, an article spotlighting the new Lee Jofa Heritage Collection was featured. In this article, Lonny Mag discussed how Lee Jofa created the new Lee Jofa Heritage Collection.

Lee Jofa decided to give new life to classic, iconic Lee Jofa textiles and wanted to breathe new life into these textiles by asking eight top designers to reinterpret their prints.

The designers asked to help create the Lee Jofa Heritage Collection include Eric Cohler, David Easton, Kelly Wearstler, Suzanne Kasler, Suzanne Rheinstein, William Diamond, Anthony Baratta, and Thomas O’Brien.

Eric Cohler freshened the look of the Treyes handblock pattern by changing it into an English-country-house glazed chintz, and Thomas O’Brien updated the 1915 Nympheus handblock pattern by giving it a muted motif. Anthony Baratta, Suzanne Rheinstein, William Diamond, and Suzanne Kasler all brightened up vintage designs by infusing them with new bold hues.

All of these designers worked hard to update these Lee Jofa fabrics while still ensuring that they remained timeless and classic.
